Penzeys Spices

Went last Sunday with my family. My mom loves this store but we live miles away. The staff was so welcoming, accommodating, and kind that it made the 30 minute drive worth it. We were able to look around and shop in peace. When we did have questions, they were so knowledgeable and gave amazing suggestions. And there was a hell of a sale; we checked out, got the discount, and this prompted us to buy more and they encouraged us to take another look around to add to our orders with no rush. This had to be one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had! I swear I wish we lived closer but I HIGHLY recommend!

There is no pricing advantage here—higher-quality spices can be purchased through any local grocery retailers for less. Their blends are noticeably inferior to what local suppliers offer and provide little justification for their premium pricing. What’s most alarming, however, is that the company appears more interested in political posturing than in delivering quality, value, or sound business leadership—an approach that is clearly reflected in the mediocrity of its products.

Gorgeous store! Walked in just to take a peak while on my way home from lunch. Wonderful customer service. Tim was excellent in answering all of my questions and pointing out personal recommendations. Will definitely be returning for the holiday season not only to re-up on my spices but to gift friends and family their delicious ingredients and beautiful gift boxes! Thank you so much Tim 100% effort.
